Von Vonni Online LLC is seeking a PR intern to start immediately! We are an up-and-coming fashion company located in the heart of it all- New York City's Garment District- with showrooms in Milan and vendor relations worldwide. We are looking for bright, energetic, and dedicated applicants.
The ideal intern must:
-Be located in New York
-Be able to multitask
-Be a team player
-Be proficient in Microsoft Office and computer literate
-Have a strong interest in working in fashion public relations (preferably be enrolled in an Advertising/Communications/Fashion Marketing/PR major in an accredited university)
-Have strong writing/editing skills are required
Interns will be on the forefront of a small but quickly growing company with very hands-on roles.
Responsibilities vary and can include:
-Data entry and logistical support
-Social media
-Sample trafficking
-Fulfilling press requests
-Fashion week preparations and events
-Writing editorial pitches
-Drafting media alerts and press releases
Internship is unpaid and for credit or experience only. Letter of recommendation will be issued upon completion of the internship. Intern must be available at least 2 week days (preferably Monday and Tuesday); part-time and full-time opportunities are available. -Strong organizational skills
-The ability to work in a fast paced environment
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
-Knowledge of Quickbooks and/or Magento is a plus
