Horrible quality, horrible customer service!
ReplyDeleteCustomer service non-existent... Don't expect any refund, if you send back to them what you ordered it's your loss. That's the second time it happens to me, I will never shop here again.
ReplyDeleteI AM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND for order #100024153. THE ITEMS I RETURNED WERE DELIVERED TO YOUR STORE ON SEPTEMBER 3RD!!!!! IT IS NOW SEPTEMBER 25TH!!!!! IT IS SO RUDE AND SO UNPROFESSIONAL TO MAKE YOUR CUSTOMERS WAIT OVER 3 WEEKS FOR A REFUND!!!! AND I'VE SENT CUSTOMER SERVICE 5 EMAILS ABOUT THIS AND NO ONE HAS EVER RESPONDED TO ME!!!

AND, on top of that....the order I placed on September 4th #10025435 has STILL NOT ARRIVED!!! But you had no problem TAKING MY MONEY right away. I'M ABSOULUTELY FURIOUS!!!! WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOUR BUSINESS THAT YOU WOULD DO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS? AND the other posts below show that, I'm not the only one who is getting screwed by Von Vonni. THIS IS TOTAL BS!!! AND YOU NEED TO FIX IT! NOW!!!!
If I don't hear from you within 48 hours from now I'm going to file a claim with my credit card company.
AND I will report you to the Better Business Bureau AND post on Twitter and Facebook every day that you steal from your customers because that is what you're doing. I resent that you've put me in this position but this horrible treatment of your customers is UNACCEPTABLE. AND I will post about this every day until you take responsibility and return the money you owe me AND until I receive my order OR you refund that money, too.
This is total BULLSHIT!!!! And you NEED to fix this right now!
